As an Patient Coordinator, my role is to reach out and follow up on leads who have shown interest in our bathroom survey, ensuring that each qualified prospect is scheduled for a survey. With a strong focus on organisation and communication, I meticulously manage each lead, providing them with the information and support they need to begin with their bathroom renovation journey.

By maintaining timely and professional contact with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels, I ensure a positive and engaging experience. Each appointment is carefully scheduled to align with the availability of both the client and our design team, ensuring a seamless process from initial interest to consultation.
