As a Patient Coordinator, my role is to connect with and support prospective patients interested in IDD Therapy. I focus on actively listening to the challenges faced by individuals suffering from sciatica and other disc-related injuries, offering empathetic guidance while informing them about IDD Therapy and providing details about your clinic.

During our conversations, I gather important information about their condition—such as which discs are affected and whether they’ve had a scan. I carefully document these details and share them with the consultant, ensuring a smooth and well-prepared consultation for each patient.
